tasty and healthy recipes for weight lose

One of my favorite healthy recipes is a quinoa and vegetable stir-fry.it is very nutritious and supportive for building not only internal health but also help in promoting weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients which are required are given below:-
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sriracha (optional)

Remember:-
1. Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer under cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still have a slight crunch.
4. Stir in cooked quinoa, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until quinoa is heated through.
5. Serve hot with a drizzle of Sriracha if desired.
